The Original Flavor-Chinese Pop-up Dinner

Experience a meal with me that brings back traditional Chinese cooking at its finest.

After a busy first half of the year, I needed to remind myself to slow down and practice some patience through my cooking. I will be hosting a pop-up dinner on Friday, July 29th showcasing a meal that will take you back to the basics. A stripped-down meal that features traditional techniques of Chinese cooking and making food from scratch.  By no means will this meal be basic in flavor, the menu will feature some specialty dishes from Southern China that are perfect for this warm weather. I'll be making a dumpling dish where the wrap is made with fish meat without flour. It's a specialty in southern China and other delicious treats for this meal for you all to enjoy!
